The workout is both fun and challenging, and the best part is that it lasts only 30 minutes! I find it fascinating that you can achieve a full-body workout in such a short time and have it be so efficient. The trainers bring energy and motivation, pushing you beyond your comfort zone.

I absolutely love this gym! Not only is it a great workout that keeps you motivated but the trainers are awesome too. Honeybee, Nate, and Chris make it fun and challenging. I always look forward to the next workout as they change daily.
