He spent three hours slimming down and only shed 1.5 pounds in the process.
Water-loading has been a part of his life since he was 19.
Unfortunately, he gained an additional half-pound despite his best efforts, and his doctor warned him that if he tried to lose weight, they wouldn’t have allowed him to fight.
