Tofiq Musayev wants second fight with Patricky Freire

“I wrote history once,” Musayev said

Tofiq Musayev and Patricky Freire fought on New Year’s Eve in 2019,

Tofiq Musayev won the bought after outpointing Freire in a unanimous decision. It was a mega victory for his fighting career.

Musayev makes his Bellator debut on Friday at Bellator 283. He will fight Sidney Outlaw, who was originally going to challenge Freire for the lightweight title, but an injury forced him out of the fighting card.

“I always want to fight with strong opponents and famous fighters,” Musayev said.

“I want to create history where the famous fighters remember me as a great fighter.”
