Nate Diaz vs. Khamzat Chimaev is labeled “f*cked up” by Leon Edwards

Leon Edwards feels the UFC isn’t helping Nate Diaz by pairing him with Khamzat Chimaev in his final fight.

Diaz (20-13 MMA, 15-11 UFC) will fight Chimaev (11-0 MMA, 5-0 UFC) in the main event of UFC 279 on Sept. 10 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

“Before and after their UFC 263 bout, Edwards and Diaz were courteous, and “Rocky” still respects Diaz.

Since his bout with Edwards, Diaz has openly demanded to fight out his UFC contract or be released.

Edwards will battle Kamaru Usman for the welterweight championship at UFC 278 on Aug. 20.
