More and more reports have surfaced about Dana White’s purportedly charitable deeds. The majority of these tales come straight from MMA competitors who claim to have changed their lives for the better under the UFC president’s guidance.
John Esposito, a 30-year-old Muay Thai fighter, lost both legs in a bizarre accident in late 2021, as reported by TMZ.
According to the legend, Esposito was working on the shoulder of the road fixing potholes when a speeding car rear-ended him and pinned him against a trailer. He claims that his legs were amputated “on the spot.”
In response to this news, Liam Tarrant, creator of The Muay Thai Project, started a GoFundMe page to aid Esposito financially. When White heard that Tarrant had been on Angela Hill’s podcast, Ceremonial Weigh-in, as a guest not so long ago, he sent $10,000.
