Last Friday, at Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, was Belaltor 284, a mixed martial arts event with 11 bouts.
The night’s main event saw Goiti Yamauchi (28-5 MMA, 14-4 BMMA) knock out Neiman Gracie (11-4 MMA, 9-4 BMMA) with a brutal uppercut and a series of punches.
The South Dakota Athletic Commission, which monitored Bellator 284, suspended all of the fighters on the night due to injury. On Tuesday, MMA Junkie received the roster from the governing authority. The list just detailed suspension times without any accompanying medical information.
Gracie, Steve Mowry, and Tyson Jeffries were all given “indefinite” suspensions from the sport.
Please check below for a list of fighters that have been suspended due to medical issues. It’s worth noting that if a doctor gives a fighter the green light, he or she can return to competition before the end of the suspension period.
