LONDON. After both Curtis Blaydes and Tom Aspinall made weight on Friday, the heavyweight main event of UFC Fight Night 208 is set.
Both Blaydes (16-3) and Aspinall (12-2) weighed in without incident at the official weigh-ins before their main event fight on Saturday at The O2.
At 260 pounds, Blaydes weighed in, while Aspinall weighed in at 251 pounds.
You can see them walking on the scale in the video shown above.
The winner of this matchup will get a shot at the championship. In March, Blaydes earned his first performance bonus in the UFC with a second-round TKO of Chris Daukaus. At UFC Fight Night 204, Alexander Volkov was submitted in the first round by Aspinall. This put Aspinall in the top tier of the division.
