LAS VEGAS – Marina Rodriguez needs to battle anybody forward of her within the rankings … besides Joanna Jedrzejczyk.
The UFC ladies’s strawweight contender needs to maintain climbing the ladder at 115 kilos following her primary occasion win over Mackenzie Dern at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night 194 in Las Vegas. Rodriguez (15-1-2 MMA, 5-1-2 UFC) outpointed Dern to win a unanimous resolution and enhance her successful streak to 3.

Sorry, Carla. I would prefer for (Esparza) to get the title shot, win the belt and then we can do the rematch, but it can’t take long. I can’t be waiting.”
