For the first time in a long time, Brendan Loughnane will fight in the PFL.
The fact that Loughnane (24-4) will fight again in the 2022 featherweight semifinal against Chris Wade represents his eighth fight in the PFL and 29th fight in his professional career, which may feel ordinary for him.
However, Loughnane’s first fight in his native nation with the PFL and his first MMA battle in the United Kingdom since 2018 will take place in 2022 at PFL 9 in London, England.
The Copper Box Arena in London hosts the third round of the PFL playoffs in 2022.
The card’s co-main event features Loughnane.
Loughnane could win the PFL featherweight title and $1 million if he beats Wade in the semi-finals.
The 32-year-old has enjoyed his time in the PFL.
