The first lack of Bea Malecki’s profession was a tough one on Saturday night.
In her first battle of the 12 months, Malecki (2-1 MMA, 2-1 UFC) stepped within the octagon to face Josiane Nunes at UFC on ESPN 29. Unfortunately, her opponent would finish her evening early with just some seconds remaining within the first spherical after a tough left hand despatched her to the canvas.
The bantamweight bout served as a preliminary contest that aired on ESPN+.
Malecki was transported to the hospital after the battle for precautionary causes because of the knockout.
The Swede didn’t appear to take the loss too arduous as she shared an replace on her situation for her supporters from her hospital mattress by way of Instagram:

“So, I didn’t think it was going to happen like this,” Malecki stated through the video posted to social media. “My first KO (loss), and hopefully the last. I’m feeling good, just my elbow hurts, and my head hurts, so they want to check it, so I’m here in the hospital. Thank you guys for all the love.”
It seems that no severe accidents have been sustained within the battle. To present additional context as to Malecki reacted to her loss after the battle, her coaching companion shared extra particulars by way of an Instagram story about what she did when she instantly left the cage.
Directly after the battle she hurried to the TV to see the replay and goes: “Haha wooow I got knocked the f*ck out. Well, sh*t happens!” So to all of the folks that worries about her, she is all positive!
Malecki suffered her first loss within the UFC, after having been profitable in her two earlier walks to the cage with a unanimous choice nod over Veronica Macedo and a second-round rear-naked choke submission of Duda Santana.
