Gib was knocked down in the opening round of the main fight, but he got up and knocked McBroom down four more times. During the third round, he knocked McBroom down twice, and in the fourth, he dropped him twice more to earn the knockout.
Gib’s first professional bout ended with a victory. In 2020, he was defeated by Jake Paul, another up-and-coming influencer.
Nick Young, a former player for the Los Angeles Lakers, seemed out of shape during his exhibition bout against Minikon, and he eventually flopped and fell through the ropes in the fourth round. The exhibition was stopped and judged a No Decision because he refused to continue because of a supposed headbutt.
